Ingredients

• 1 part rice
• 4 parts water
• 1/2 cup mung dal
• Seasonal vegetables
• Spices: cumin, coriander, turmeric
• Ghee for seasoning

Preparation Method

1. Cook rice and dal together
2. Add chopped vegetables
3. Temper with ghee and spices
4. Cook until thick and soupy
5. Serve hot with ghee on top
