Ingredients

• 1 cup fresh yogurt
• 3 cups water
• 1/2 tsp rock salt
• 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
• Fresh coriander leaves
• Fresh ginger (optional)

Preparation Method

1. Blend yogurt with water until smooth
2. Add salt and roasted cumin powder
3. Whisk until frothy
4. Add chopped coriander and grated ginger
5. Serve fresh at room temperature
