About This Recipe

Thin rice gruel recommended during illness and digestive weakness. Very light and easy to digest.

Ingredients

• 1 part rice
• 14 parts water
• Pinch of rock salt
• 1/2 tsp ghee (optional)

Preparation Method

1. Wash rice thoroughly
2. Cook rice in water until very soft and watery
3. Strain to get thin liquid
4. Add salt and ghee
5. Serve warm
