About This Recipe

Traditional anti-inflammatory drink with turmeric. Supports joint health and immunity.

Ingredients

• 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• Pinch black pepper
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
• Pinch of ginger powder
• Honey to taste

Preparation Method

1. Warm milk gently in a pot
2. Add turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, and ginger
3. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently
4. Strain if needed
5. Let cool slightly, then add honey
6. Drink warm before bed
