About This Recipe
Energy balls made with traditional Chyawanprash formula for immunity and strength.
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup Chyawanprash
• 1 cup almond powder
• 1/2 cup dates (pitted and chopped)
• 1/4 cup sesame seeds (roasted)
• 1 tsp ghee
• 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
• 1 cup almond powder

Preparation Method
1. Blend dates until smooth paste
2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
3. Add Chyawanprash and ghee
4. Mix well until combined
5. Roll into small balls (walnut size)
6. Store in airtight container at room temperature
