About This Recipe

Nourishing bedtime drink for strength, vitality and stress relief. Ancient rejuvenative tonic.

Ingredients

• 1 cup milk (dairy or almond)
• 1 tsp Ashwagandha powder
• 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
• Pinch of nutmeg
• 1 tsp honey or jaggery

Preparation Method

1. Warm milk gently, do not boil
2. Add Ashwagandha powder and spices
3. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring
4. Remove from heat
5. Add sweetener when slightly cooled
6. Drink warm 30 minutes before bed
